Thank you for shopping with us 💙 Every product is made specially for you, with care and quality in mind.  

1️⃣ Order Cancellations  

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.  

- After production starts, cancellations or changes are not possible.  

2️⃣ Returns & Exchanges  

- Since each item is custom-made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or personal preference.  

- Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.  

3️⃣ Damaged / Wrong Product  

- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.  

- Once verified, we’ll gladly send you a free replacement.  

4️⃣ Refunds  

- Refunds are only possible if:  

   • The product is out of stock  

   • You cancel within 12 hours  

   • A replacement is not possible for a defective order  

- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.  

5️⃣ Shipping Issues  

- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed deliveries.  

- If an order returns due to address issues, reshipping charges may apply.
